Returns (7-Day Policy)

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Due to the nature of dropshipping and print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

  • Photo or video evidence of the issue may be required

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Print-on-demand or custom-made items

  • Items ordered with incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost, depending on the situation.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Do not send items back unless instructed to do so, as many of our suppliers do not accept physical returns.

In most cases, returns are not required, and refunds or replacements are processed after verification.

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for print-on-demand or custom-made items.
